01 / Stamping

Sheet Metal, Stamped to Tolerance

Progressive die, deep draw, and fine blanking from 25 to 300-ton servo presses. Coil-fed production up to 10 thousands parts annually.

Progressive Die Stamping
Sequential die stations on continuous strip. High-volume, tight repeatable tolerances.
Deep Draw Forming
Cup and shell geometries with draw ratios to 2.5:1 in a single operation.
Fine Blanking
Burr-free, smooth-sheared edges. Surface flatness to 0.001" across part.
Multi-Slide
Four-way tooling for clips, brackets, terminals — all in a single press cycle.
Transfer Die
Large complex parts moved station-to-station. Feed lengths up to 48".
In-Die Assembly
Staking, tapping, and sub-assembly within the die. Zero secondary ops.
02 / Hot Forging

Closed-die and open-die hot forging in steel, stainless, bronze, copper and aluminum. Superior grain flow and mechanical properties over castings.

Aluminum Profiles, Custom Section to Length

6xxx and 7xxx series extrusions from custom dies. Structural profiles, heat sinks, enclosures — cut, drilled, and anodized in house.

In-House Tooling
Die manufacture and repair on-site. Fast turnaround for prototypes and revisions.
Precision Cutting
Cold saw and CNC cutoff to ±0.010". Lengths from 1" to 25′.
Secondary Machining
Drilling, tapping, milling, and punching. One-stop from billet to finished part.
Heat Treatment
T5 and T6 temper with in-house aging ovens. Documented time/temperature records.
Anodizing & Finishing
Type II and Type III anodize, powder coat, and chemical film in-house.
